Lifeguarding Services Cunningham Aquatics is on a first come, first served basis! We are proud to be a flexible business based upon client schedules. We will be glad to assist our customers who have full schedules. However, we ask that you please arrange your personal schedules and vacations before booking your swimming lessons and parties. Cunningham Aquatics is not responsible for refunds after a date has been confirmed. Notice: Please be prepared with an alternative rain date, upon booking. All parties will be cancelled at the last moment, due to inclimate weather. There must be a minimum of 30 minutes without thunder or lightning, in order to resume swimming activity. If a party is cancelled and no alternative date has been scheduled, your deposit will not be refunded. If original and alternative dates are cancelled, a full refund will be issued. Notice: All parties must be booked 11 days in advance to avoid any additional fees. All confirmed bookings are subject to a $20.00 per hour - per lifeguard deposit. Your total balance will be due on the same day of service. Lifeguards must have a 15 minute break for every 3 hours of service. Payment Options At this time, Cunningham Aquatics only accepts check and cash payments. Please make checks payable to Cunningham Aquatics. There is a $50.00 fee for a returned check. Home
